How It Works?

The Inclusion Leadership Index is a sophisticated 360 assessment that measures how inclusive the behaviour of a leader is on 9 competencies of inclusion.

The assessment will provide leaders insight into their inclusion strengths and developmental areas which they can compare to global benchmarks.
